These terms govern your use of brandxpanse.com and the services provided by Brandxpanse Global. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Our services

We design and build websites and mobile apps, and provide ongoing care, growth, email and content services. Website builds are quoted as one-time fixed prices starting from £500 depending on the type of website; mobile apps start from £1,500. Details are on our pricing page.

Free demo & payment

• We show you a working demo of your website before any payment is due.
• Payment for the build is due when you approve the demo and want to go live. One revision round is included; further changes can be quoted or handled under a monthly plan.
• Monthly plans (Care, Growth, Scale) are optional, billed monthly, and can be cancelled or changed at any time with effect from the next billing period.

Ownership

Once your build is paid for, you own your website, domain and content. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and materials you have the right to use.
• Do not use our website or services for anything unlawful or harmful.

Liability

We provide our website and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
